Self Description: I'm a single guy, never married. I'd describe myself as a spontaneous, passionate, playful silly, and very imaginative person who loves children, nature, and pets.

I'm writing here because I know that the world is wide, and God may have chosen to have me find my wife in another place.

I am also very committed to helping people. It seems to be my life`s work until now, especially in ways that can bring Glory to God, lead people to know Christ, or strengthen their relationship with Him.

I`ve spent most of my life as a teacher with little kids, youth, and adults, though now I work in a hospital, still working with kids and young people. Most of my work has involved helping people who need it; pregnant teenagers, high school dropouts, gang members, and now, people who are sick in the hospital.

There is a Japanese saying that the husband is like a tall, strong tree, and the wife is like the vine that wraps around the it. Both depend on one another. The tree supports the vine, protects it; the vine is beautiful, and makes the tree glorious. In time, though their natures are different, they become as inseparable as one.

...AS A HUSBAND
I want to become a husband who knows his wife`s heart--what makes her happy,
sad, and the special ways she needs to be loved. I believe that every woman
needs to be loved as the child she once was, as well as the woman she now is.

There is a dream in her heart of a prince who will love her in a certain way.

I have to learn about that dream and try to fulfill it, even if imperfectly.Through my effort, she can know that her heart is safe in my hands, and she will give it to me fully. For her heart is the most precious thing she has, her most valuable gift. More than anything, she wants to give it to the one man who will be her husband, completely and forever.

...AS A FATHER
I want to be the kind of father that God is to us. Who loves his children unconditionally; who is wise, protective, even jealous of those influences that would try to discourage their love and fear of the of the Lord; who is ever present (as present as I can be); who knows and accepts them as they are, temporarily on loan from God; and through my love for them, they can have some idea of how precious they are to God.

ABOUT THE WOMAN I`M SEEKING...
The kind of woman I am seeking is similarly working to develop herself into the kind of wife God`s Word has told her to be. She has the treasured spirit of softness, femininity, tenderness and peace; the qualities of inner and outer beauty and a modest appearance (I am most attracted to women who dress conservatively, I find long dresses and blouses to be very feminine; on the contrary, revealing, "sexy" clothes do
not interest me); she eagerly desires to be submit to her husband, wants his leadership, and to respect him; she seeks to develop and give wisdom, as the woman in Proverbs, 31, to and nurture and care for her family and home, as well as
those less fortunate. These qualities, even in part, would make a woman very blessed--and the husband blessed to have such a wife --but I also believe they can be developed.So perhaps she, herself, seeks leadership and encouragement to become that way.
